U.S. Shipment Only. I do not ship outside the United States and do not accept credit card orders in which the address of the cardholder is outside the united states.

Shipping Options

Standard shipping via UPS or USPS (my choice, depending on weight) is $5.95.

If you must have UPS shipping, the shipping fee will be $6.50.

UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO addresss, Alaska or Hawaiian address. If you live at an APO address, PO Box, or cannot have UPS shipping, I can ship your package via the post office. Actual shipping charges will apply. There will no longer be a flat rate for shipping with USPS. Charges can range from $5.95 up to even $30 or more depending on the weight of your package. I will add these charges to your card once the package has been shipped. If you want an estimate of how much it will cost, let me know at the time of checkout.

Standard Delivery Time You should expect your order anywhere from 2 days to four weeks from the order date. It is possible, in rare cases, that your order may take longer to arrive depending on the transit time and the time it takes to prepare your order.

If you are placing an order and must have the items by a certain date, please let me know when you order. It may be necessary for you to pay additional shipping fees in order to receive the package in time.

Warm Weather Shipments- During warmer times of the year or to warmer climates, certain products (candy, chocolates, cosmetics, etc...) may melt or be damaged by the heat. When this is possible, you are ordering these items at your own risk. I will not be held responsible for melted merchandise.

APO addresses APO packages must be sent via the post office. Packages addresses to APO addresses will be insured for their full value, but the post office only insures them to the APO address. If you must have delivery to an APO address, you are ordering at YOUR own risk. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages as the post office will not guarantee their secure delivery. Also, APO orders may be delayed when sent via standard shipping. You may wish to pay additional charges for priority mail.

Priority Mail- If you need USPS shipment and select priority mail, remember that this does not guarantee that your order will arrive within 3 days from the shipping date as the post office does not guarantee this method. It is usually faster but not certain.

Undeliverable Packages If your package is not delivered to you or is returned because you typed the address incorrectly or were not home and it is returned to me, you will be charged the original shipping fee plus the fee for the second shipment.If actual shipping is greater than that of the standard shipping policy, you will be charged actual shipping for the first and the second delivery attempt.

Refused Shipments Please DO NOT refuse shipments when they arrive. Those that are refused will result in a $10 fee.

Address Information When filling in your "BILL TO" Address, be sure that you give me the address where your credit card bill is sent. If you are unsure, you can find out by looking at a previous statement. Your credit card may be declined if I do not have the correct address and this will delay shipment of your order.

What if the order doesn't arrive? If you have not received your order in three weeks from the estimated ship date, please send an email to: differentdaisy@yahoo.com.

Shipping Materials- I am concerned about protecting the environment and all its resources. BOXES: Whenever possible, I use boxes that have been used previously. When shipping via Priority Mail, I may use their packaging if I do not have a used box that is suitable.

PACKING MATERIAL: I have a paper shredder that is used to convert used paper into packing material or I reuse materials that have been sent to me in shipments.

Returned Checks- Returned checks are subject to a fee based on what the bank charges me. You are responsible for the fee!!

IMPORTANT: Returns will result in a store credit not a refund. Returns made without prior authorization via email or phone will not be accepted. You will be given a Return Authorization Number to be written on the outside of the shipment. Orders returned without this number will not be processed.

You may return most UNUSED items within 30 days of receipt with prior authorization. Please email differentdaisy@yahoo.com for return approval. Some items may not be returnable. Please ask before ordering if this is a concern. Items which have been opened or used may not be returned unless they are defective in some way. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shoe Return Policy: Shoes MUST be tried on with socks, indoors on carpet to qualify for a refund or return. Tags should remain on the shoes and they must be returned in the box they came in.
