Thanks so much for stopping by and for considering VeganGoods.com for your cruelty-free shopping needs! Listed below is the General Ordering Information. When I look at it, it seems like a bunch of rules and demands. I don't mean it this way, but there are certain procedures that need to be followed and you, the customer, should be aware of them so your experience will be a positive one. I want you to happy with the service you receive here! Please keep in mind that I operate this business alone and it may take a little longer to get your orders from this site than it does from larger retailers. All this is covered in the Shipping & Delivery Section.

VeganGoods.com / A Different Daisy Return Policy

I want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return an item or items for some reason, you may do so within 30 days of shipment. You may choose a store credit or refund by original method of payment. Some items are not returnable, such as food items. Please ask before ordering if this is a concern. Items which have been opened or used may not be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Before returning any item, you need to contact me to get a Return Authorization Number. This is important because it lets me know a package is coming and also gives me the opportunity to let you know whether an item can be returned. I do not want you to waste money or time returning an item for which I cannot give a refund. Products returned without prior authorization will not be processed. Please send an email to customerservice@differentdaisy.com for return approval.

Please keep in mind that chocolates or other products which may melt during shipment are not eligible for a refund or replacement if they do not make it in good condition. A cold pack should be purchased, but if you are located outside a two-day delivery location you may also need to request expedited shipping.

At Vegan Goods/DifferentDaisy.com your privacy is respected. Your information will not be sold or shared with any other party. The only exception is when you are ordering merchandise from vendors like Herbivore Clothing Co. and your information must be passed on for order fulfillment.



The minimum order amount is $10.



Turnaround Time

Approximately 90% of orders ship in 1-10 business days. Of that 90%, over half ship within 2-3 business days.

There is a small percentage of orders that take 2-4 weeks to ship, if products must be orderd in.

I ask that customers allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. You may contact me via email customerservice@differentdaisy.com or by phone (740) 935-3146 to check on product availability.

Warm Weather Shipments

During warmer times of the year or to warmer climates, certain products (candy, chocolates, cosmetics, etc...) may melt or be damaged by the heat. When this is possible, you are ordering these items at your own risk. You are advised to order a cold pack and you may also need to pay for expedited shipping. I cannot offer a refund or replacements for melted merchandise.

When your credit card is charged

Once I charge a credit card it takes 3-7 business days before I actually get that money deposited into my account. I charge your card right after your order is placed to be sure the funds are available and so I will get it within a week to a week and a half. Usually, by the time I ship, the money is just being deposited.

APO Addresses & PO Boxes

APO addresses APO packages must be sent via the post office. Packages addresses to APO addresses will be insured for their full value, but the post office only insures them to the APO address. If you must have delivery to an APO address, you are ordering at YOUR own risk. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages as the post office will not guarantee secure delivery. Also, APO orders may be delayed when sent via standard shipping. You may wish to pay additional charges for priority mail.

NON-US Orders

Please go to the NON-US Orders section for information about orders being shipped outside the US or those paying with a credit card that has a NON-US billing address.

USPS Priority Mail

Priority Mail- If you need USPS shipment and select priority mail, remember that this does not guarantee that your order will arrive within 3 days from the shipping date as the post office does not guarantee this method. It is usually faster but not certain.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is not delivered to you or is returned because you typed the address incorrectly or were not home and it is returned to me, you will be charged the original shipping fee plus the fee for the second shipment.If actual shipping is greater than that of the standard shipping policy, you will be charged actual shipping for the first and the second delivery attempt.

Refused Shipments

Please DO NOT refuse shipments when they arrive. Those that are refused will result in a $10 fee.

Address Information

When filling in your "BILL TO" Address, be sure that you give me the address where your credit card bill is sent. If you are unsure, you can find out by looking at a previous statement. Your credit card may be declined if I do not have the correct address and this will delay shipment of your order.

Orders that don't arrive?

If you have not received your order in three weeks from the estimated ship date, please send an email to: customerservice@differentdaisy.com

Shipping Materials

I am concerned about protecting the environment and all its resources. Whenever possible, I use boxes that have been used previously. When shipping via Priority Mail, I may use their packaging if I do not have a used box that is suitable. I have a paper shredder that is used to convert used paper into packing material or I reuse materials that have been sent to me in shipments.

Returned Checks

Returned checks are subject to a fee based on what the bank charges me. You are responsible for the fee!!
